Job summary

JD.com Inc. in The Hague offers an internship through the JD Young Internship Program, designed for early-career talents to gain hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities over 3–6 months.

You'll support daily delivery station operations, shadow a supervisor, track KPIs, run daily stand-ups, and coordinate with transport and customer service to resolve real-time issues. Fluent English required; other languages helpful.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027.
Strong can-do attitude, proactivity and willingness to take on responsibility.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment with shifting priorities.
Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a plus for coordination.

Responsibilities

Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations.
Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers.
Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs and suggest improvements.
Team Communication: Conduct daily stand-ups and ensure safety and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with transport network and customer service to resolve real-time delivery issues.
