Job summary

Oceanco, based in Alblasserdam and/or Zwijndrecht, seeks a warehouse administrator to ensure accurate stock control and timely availability of tools and equipment for yacht projects. You will support project teams and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards across locations.

Requirements include an MBO degree, 5 years’ experience in similar roles (maritime preferred), fluent English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
  • MBO degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years’ proven experience in similar roles, preferably within the maritime industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • You recognize yourself in the following competences: Result orientation, Planning & organizing, Problem-solving ability, Collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system and monitor stock levels.
  • Goods Receipt & Condition Control: Handle incoming, outgoing, and returned items; perform checks and record discrepancies.
  • Project Support: Coordinate timely issuance of tools and equipment to project teams.
  • Safety & Compliance: Promote safety, quality, and environmental standards and report risks.
