Job summary

Oceanco, based in the Netherlands at our Alblasserdam facility, seeks a Senior Facility Engineer to lead our facility services, manage budgets and coordinate OSBIT projects within the yacht-building environment.

You will deliver KPI-based reporting, support cross-functional teams, and participate in emergency response; fluent English required, Dutch desirable, 5+ years in structural engineering with HVAC expertise; full-time on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar scope within a structural engineering environment.
• HVAC background required.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Facility Services plan and budget within the company budget boundaries.
• Coordinate, monitor and realise Facility Services plan and OSBIT projects.
• Assess/check facility requests and determine follow-up actions.
• Coordinate, support and/or execute facility requests and projects.
• Deliver timely, KPI-based reporting per procedures and guidelines.
• Keep leadership informed of developments impacting project progress, quality or budget.
• Act as a member of the Emergency response organization with EHBO and BHV certificates.
