Job summary

Forexx Group in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our yacht-building teams and realise our bespoke vessels. You report directly to the Project Director and steer internal and external activities to deliver complex, high‑end yachts on time.

The role demands strong leadership, effective stakeholder management including co-makers and subcontractors, a proactive problem‑solving approach, and a clear, big‑picture view of the end‑to‑end process, all complemented by excellent

Qualifications

• University or Higher Vocational Education with relevant working experience.
• Minimum of 5-years’ experience in yacht building industry, in a similar scope
• Experienced in people management
• You recognise yourself in the following competences; Helicopter view, anticipating, giving responsibility, conflict management
• You oversee the big picture and have a comprehensive view of the entire process
• You are pro-active and problem-solving in your approach
• You are a proud and passionate teamplayer that is eager to learn
• A good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• You are, as Project Manager, part of one of our inspiring project teams that realise our yachts. You report directly to the Project Director
• Execute all project related activities (internally and externally) for the assigned part of the project
• Manage internal and external stakeholders (including co-makers and subcontractors and employees)
• Contract Management of (parts of) the yacht building contract as well as (escalation for) third party contracts
• Build and maintain a working relationship with involved third parties (co-makers and subcontractors)
