Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in shipbuilding or yacht building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with Class and Flag regulations as well as internal specifications
• Perform structural assessments, including FEM and stress analysis, weight control, and budgeting
• Identify and resolve technical challenges with innovative, practical solutions
• Act as the link between Engineering and Production, ensuring smooth alignment in design and build processes
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, project leads, and production teams to deliver results on time and to the highest standards
