Requires a 10+ year track record in mechanical engineering within yacht building, strong English skills, and proficiency with CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE or Siemens NX.

Qualifications

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to production.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Yacht building experience mandatory.
• Proven experience leading projects in maritime/yacht industry.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects throughout the complete yacht building process.
• Coordinate propulsion, engine room, piping, and hotel systems.
• Manage the mechanical engineering team and coordinate multidisciplinary activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering documentation and production drawings.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, suppliers, and classification societies.
• Monitor project planning, budget, quality, and engineering progress.
• Support the project from detailed design through construction and final handover.
