Job summary

Van Storm, a leading Dutch yacht builder, seeks a Yacht Interior Engineer to translate interior concepts into production‑ready drawings. You will create coordinated 2D and 3D models for high-end interiors, ensuring fit with hull structures, insulation, electrical and mechanical systems.

Join a hands‑on engineering team near the shipyard, collaborating with project leaders and production staff. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, TopSolid Wood, CATIA and Siemens NX is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional or internship experience in the Netherlands.
• Experience in interior construction, furniture engineering or interiors technical drafting.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Rhino; experience with TopSolid’Wood and CATIA or Siemens NX.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and spatial provisions for complete yacht interiors.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D engineering models.
• Translate interior concepts into production‑ready drawings.
• Coordinate interfaces between interior, hull, insulation, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate drawing revisions and technical documentation.
