Job summary

Nebius is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to lead Nebius’s presence onX and shape conversations in the AI community. You’ll engage developers, researchers, founders, and industry leaders, turning breakthroughs into insightful threads and discussions.

You will collaborate with product marketing, design, engineering, and the broader marketing team to elevate Nebius as a trusted voice in AI, while moving fast and experimenting with new formats.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or creator, with a strong focus on X.

Responsibilities

• Own our presence on X and drive strategy and daily execution to grow audience and influence.
• Shape conversations by spotting trends, debates, and moments to contribute compelling perspectives.
• Build relationships with influential developers, researchers, founders, creators, and industry tastemakers.
• Create native X content—posts, threads, replies, and formats—that are insightful and credible.
• Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, design, and content teams to tell Nebius's story.
• Experiment, measure, and iterate using data and feedback to improve performance.
• Stay ahead of AI ecosystem developments and bring fresh ideas back to the team.
• Move fast, take initiative, and use AI tools to work smarter while maintaining quality.
• Maintain strong editorial judgment to ensure Nebius participates credibly without feeling like advertising.
