Nebius is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to lead Nebius’s presence onX and shape conversations in the AI community. You’ll engage developers, researchers, founders, and industry leaders, turning breakthroughs into insightful threads and discussions.

About the role

The AI conversation is happening on X. We want Nebius at the center of it.
We're looking for a creative, culturally fluent, and highly engaged Social Media Specialist to build Nebius's presence and influence on X. You'll help shape how developers, researchers, founders, and industry leaders discover, talk about, and engage with Nebius.

This isn't a role focused on filling a content calendar. You'll help define the conversations we participate in, build relationships with the people shaping the AI industry, and create content that earns attention and drives growth.

You'll have the freedom to experiment, move quickly, and bring your own ideas to life. One day, you might be turning a technical breakthrough into a compelling thread. The next, you'll be engaging with a leading AI researcher, jumping into an industry debate, or finding a creative way to make Nebius part of a trending conversation.
You'll work closely with product marketing, design, engineering, and the broader marketing team to bring Nebius's story to life. We're looking for someone who knows the platform, loves the pace, and is excited to help make Nebius a recognized and respected voice in AI.

What you'll do

• Own our presence on X. Drive Nebius's X strategy and daily execution, building an engaged audience and growing our influence within the AI ecosystem.

• Shape the conversation. Identify emerging trends, industry debates, and cultural moments where Nebius can contribute a compelling perspective. Know when to jump in, how to stand out, and when to let a conversation go.

• Build relationships that matter. Engage with influential developers, researchers, founders, creators, and industry tastemakers. Make Nebius a brand that people in the AI community know, trust, and want to engage with.

• Create content people actually want to read. Develop original posts, threads, replies, and creative formats that are insightful, relevant, and native to X. Bring personality and creativity without sacrificing technical credibility.

• Bring Nebius's story into the spotlight. Partner with product marketing, engineering, design, and content teams to turn launches, technical achievements, customer stories, and company milestones into conversations that resonate.

• Experiment, learn, and grow. Test new formats, ideas, and approaches to expand our reach and deepen engagement. Use data and community feedback to continuously improve performance.

• Stay ahead of what's next. Keep a pulse on the AI ecosystem, from model releases and infrastructure breakthroughs to emerging voices and industry conversations. Bring fresh ideas and insights back to the team.

• Move fast and take initiative. Spot opportunities, develop ideas, and execute independently. Use AI and other tools to work smarter while maintaining a high bar for quality and authenticity.

What you'll bring

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or creator, with a strong focus on X.

• A genuine passion for X. You're an active participant in the platform, understand its culture and dynamics, and can point to content or conversations you've helped grow.

• Strong creative instincts and excellent writing skills. You know how to capture attention, communicate complex ideas simply, and adapt your voice to different conversations.

• An understanding of the AI ecosystem. You follow the companies, technologies, people, and debates shaping AI and are excited to deepen your expertise.

• A natural ability to build connections. You understand how communities form, how influence works, and how to turn authentic engagement into meaningful relationships.

• A bias for action. You're resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking an idea from concept to execution without extensive direction.

• An experimental mindset. You use performance data, audience signals, and your own judgment to understand what's working and find new ways to grow.

• Strong editorial judgment. You know the difference between joining a conversation and forcing your way into one—and how to make a brand feel like a credible participant rather than an advertiser.

Bonus points

• Experience working in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or another technical industry.

• Active participation in AI, machine learning, developer, or open-source communities.

Pay Transparency

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.

Base Compensation Range$121,100—$151,300 USD
