Nebius Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to grow Nebius Certification’s presence within technical communities and build lasting relationships with creators and AI experts. You will define where Nebius Certification should appear—from social platforms to industry events and university programs—and shape programs that attract engineers to the ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related marketing roles.
• Strong ownership and initiative.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Background in or strong interest in AI-powered products.
• Experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the influencer and community marketing strategy for Nebius Certification.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with technical creators, AI practitioners, educators, and industry experts.
• Build long-term partnerships with developer communities, meetups, conferences, universities, and ecosystem partners.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and certification adoption.
• Develop ambassador and advocacy programs to encourage community-led promotion of Nebius Certification.
• Coordinate collaborations across social media, video platforms, podcasts, newsletters, events, and other relevant channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
• Measure the performance of influencer and community initiatives, tracking reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Continuously identify emerging communities, creators, and partnership opportunities within the AI and cloud ecosystem.
• Represent Nebius Certification at industry events, conferences, webinars, and community meetups when appropriate.
