Job summary

Nebius Group invites a Communications Designer to join the Design team, shaping internal communications and employer branding. You will craft visuals for presentations, social media, the website, and campaigns, and lead branding across events and digital formats with a focus on consistency and innovation.

The role requires a strong portfolio, diverse design skills, and the ability to work across print, digital, and motion content in a fast-paced tech environment in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communication design, internal communications, or employer branding within tech companies.
• Strong portfolio covering campaigns, events, digital, print, merch, presentations, and social media.
• Excellent visual design skills: typography, grids, hierarchy, and clarity.
• Experience designing for physical formats and events from concept to production.
• Systems thinking to build a scalable visual language and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency with AI design tools and evaluating results critically.
• Initiative and communication with stakeholders to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

The role

We’re looking for a creative Communications Designer to join our Design team and work with Internal Communications and Employer Branding. We need someone with a point of view who proactively brings ideas, draws inspiration from the best practices of technology companies, and helps us build a distinctive and compelling employer brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create visual materials for internal communications and employer branding: presentations, content for social media, our website, internal campaigns, and other digital formats.
• Develop visual concepts and cohesive design for corporate and recruiting events — from concept to delivery, including spatial design, print, and digital materials.
• Design employee merch and gifts, bringing original ideas and attention to design, quality, and production.
• Come up with creative concepts and produce visual content, including photography and video.
• Build templates and toolkits that enable other teams to independently produce on-brand materials.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring design tasks and create materials within the brand system.
• Shape and maintain a consistent visual language for our employer brand across internal and external communications, staying connected to Nebius’s brand identity and finding new ways to evolve it.
• Proactively contribute ideas and creative solutions in collaboration with Internal Communications and Employer Branding.

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in communication design, internal communications, employer branding, or related fields within technology / IT companies.
• A strong and varied portfolio: campaigns, events, digital, print, merch, presentations, and social media. We want to see both quality of execution and originality of ideas.
• Strong visual design skills: typography, composition, grids, visual hierarchy, and the ability to make information engaging and easy to understand.
• Experience designing for physical formats and events: an understanding of print technologies, materials, and production processes, with the ability to take designs through to production.
• Systems thinking: the ability to build a consistent visual language and scalable design solutions, working within brand guidelines and evolving them.
• Proficiency with AI tools: up-to-date knowledge of their capabilities and the ability to critically assess results from a professional designer’s perspective.
• Initiative and communication skills: the ability to propose and develop ideas, explain design decisions, work with feedback, and see projects through to completion.
• Broader storytelling skills are a plus: the ability to build a narrative, articulate a central message, and develop it through text, visuals, and other formats.
