Job summary

Luba zoekt een werkende supervisor productie die dagelijks zorgt voor een soepele productie op de lijn. Je werkt fulltime (37,5 uur) in ploegendienst en ontvangt een ploegendiensttoeslag. De rol combineert teamleiderschap met hands-on werkzaamheden op de lijn.

Je begint de dienst met een korte overdracht, wijst taken toe, stelt machines in en bewaakt de productkwaliteit. Je voert inspecties uit, lost kleine storingen op en schakelt wanneer nodig de technische ondersteuning in.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in productieomgeving.
• Ervaring in leidinggeven op de werkvloer.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Structuur en accuratesse in het werk.

Responsibilities

• Leiding geven aan de teamleden en taken toewijzen.
• Machines opstarten, controleren producten en productie volgen.
• Inspecties uitvoeren en kleine storingen oplossen.
• Technische ondersteuning bij grotere storingen inschakelen.
• Zorg voor veiligheid, hygiëne en efficiëntie op de lijn.

Over het werk

As a working supervisor production, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the production line every day. You will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in shifts and receive a shift allowance. In this varied role, you combine leading the team with working hands-on on the line. There is plenty of room for you to develop further and grow within the organization. The position is for the long term with the prospect of a permanent contract.

You start your working day with a brief handover and assign tasks within the team. You set up machines, check the quality of products, and ensure production runs according to schedule. You perform inspections, solve minor malfunctions, and call in technical support for larger technical issues. During your shift, you keep an overview, support your colleagues, and work closely with other departments. Together, you make sure everything runs safely, cleanly, and efficiently.

• Salary between €17.11 and €18.95 gross per hour
• 12% shift allowance
• 8.33% 13th month bonus on every hour worked
• 3.51% additional pay for reduced working hours (ADV)

• mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment
• Experience in leading colleagues or taking initiative on the work floor
• Good command of Dutch and English
