Job summary

Jobster in Zaandam zoekt een werkende supervisor productie voor een fulltime functie met verschoven uren en een ploegtoeslag. Je combineert leidinggeven met hands-on werk op de lijn en hebt ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen, met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling.

Je werkt 37,5 uur per week, start de dag met overdracht, stelt taken vast en zorgt voor een vlotte productie volgens planning. Je voert inspecties uit, verhelpt kleine storingen en schakelt bij grotere problemen tech support in.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in productieomgeving.
• Ervaring met leidinggeven op de werkvloer.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Machines opstarten en productie plannen controleren.
• Team aansturen en taken toewijzen tijdens de dienst.
• Inspecties uitvoeren en kleine storingen oplossen.
• Overleg met andere afdelingen om veiligheid en efficiëntie te waarborgen.

Over het werk

As a working supervisor production, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the production line every day. You will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in shifts and receive a shift allowance. In this varied role, you combine leading the team with working hands-on on the line. There is plenty of room for you to develop further and grow within the organization. The position is for the long term with the prospect of a permanent contract.

You start your working day with a brief handover and assign tasks within the team. You set up machines, check the quality of products, and ensure production runs according to schedule. You perform inspections, solve minor malfunctions, and call in technical support for larger technical issues. During your shift, you keep an overview, support your colleagues, and work closely with other departments. Together, you make sure everything runs safely, cleanly, and efficiently.

• Salary between €17.11 and €18.95 gross per hour


• 12% shift allowance


• 8.33% 13th month bonus on every hour worked
