Job summary

Luba in Amsterdam zoekt een productiemedewerker voor fulltime dienstverband (40 uur per week), voornamelijk op zondagen. Je start met een aantrekkelijk bruto uurloon van € 14,99, oplopend naar € 16,46 na 1–2 maanden.

De positie is permanent en biedt groeimogelijkheden en interne training. Je taken omvatten het bewaken van de productieplanning, taken verdelen over maximaal 10 collega’s, toezicht houden op het productieproces en correcte registratie van productiegegevens.

Qualifications

• Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau
• Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
• Proactieve houding en leergierigheid
• Basiskennis kwaliteitscontrole en technische basiskennis van productielijnen
• Ervaring met productie-automation is een plus

Responsibilities

• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en waar nodig ondersteuning bieden
• Taken verdelen over maximaal 10 collega’s en de planning controleren
• Zorgdragen voor correcte productieregistraties en documentatie
• Snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en overzicht bewaren

Over de vacature:

As a production operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. You work full-time, 40 hours per week, mainly on Sundays. You start with an attractive gross hourly wage of € 14,99 which increases to € 16,46 after 1 to 2 months. This position offers plenty of opportunities to develop yourself further and grow within the company. You will receive internal training and guidance to quickly familiarize yourself with the processes.

The position is permanent, making you a long-term part of the team.You start your working day by checking the production schedule and distributing tasks among up to 10 colleagues. You supervise the production process, assist where necessary, and ensure all production registrations and documentation are correctly completed. You easily switch between various tasks and always keep an overview.
