Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory and related processes. You will analyze data in the WMS to investigate discrepancies and support accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in warehouse or admin work, with strong MS Office and WMS familiarity. The position is based in the Netherlands, in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Strong problem solving and data analysis abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with MS Office and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies through data analysis and trouble shooting in the WMS.
Create and distribute daily inventory reports, inventory adjustment summaries, and capacity reports.
Coordinates and performs timely physical stock counting with the Operations team in accordance with customer and Crane's requirements.
Records process exceptions, and non-compliance through problem logs.
Attends meetings addressing inventory issues and develops recommendations and action plans for resolution.
Stays current on rules and regulations, interpreting and ensuring compliance.
Occasional light warehouse duties.
Primary work environment is in the warehouse.
Other duties as assigned.
