Job summary

SRMD Ltd. is seeking an IE Specialist to support the migration from one Warehouse Management System to another. The role involves understanding current processes, gathering data, and translating business requirements into systemic specifications to improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will analyze processes, differentiate must-have features, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements while considering travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Engineering or related field).
• Experience with WMS migration (preferred).
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, report generation, and complex query writing.
• Proficiency in Access and Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.).
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand current processes for WMS migration.
• Identify must-have vs nice-to-have features.
• Support validation of business requirements and translate into systemic requirements.
• Assess impact on process efficiencies.
• Conduct data analysis, audits, and produce periodic reports.
• Maintain forecasts and staffing projections.
