Job summary

Maersk is seeking a WMS Implementer in a fast-paced, globally integrated logistics environment in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with business units to deploy and support Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with leadership standards.

You will lead end-to-end IT projects, coordinate with global teams, and train super-users while driving improvements across the WMS landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting warehouse management systems.
• Experience in MS SQL or SQL language.
• Knowledge of supply chain execution including distribution centre services and transport management.
• Experience delivering major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, integrations.
• Basic knowledge in project management.
• Warehouse automation exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and operations teams to understand requirements and implement IT solutions for Warehouse Management Systems.
• Support full implementations from design, solution development and configuration to go-live.
• Lead small to medium technical implementations and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
• Produce functional requirements, project plans, system configuration and test plans.
• Conduct training for super-users and project team members.
• Assist in reviewing existing implementations and identify improvement opportunities.
