Job summary

ASML is seeking a senior professional to lead supply chain and logistics initiatives in our Eindhoven region. The role focuses on budgeting, supplier performance reviews, and driving infrastructural changes to keep facilities fit for purpose, including coordination with procurement and factory logistics teams.

You will translate business requirements into logistics capabilities, manage project budgets, and push for cost reductions while improving material availability and overall performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics position.
• Experience with Project Management.
• Experience with Service Logistics and/or managing 3PL’s.
• Process standardization.
• LEAN

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the budget for the suppliers in the assigned responsibility.
• Manage the supplier on performance through periodical business reviews (weekly / monthly).
• Ensure locations stay fit for purpose at all time by driving infrastructural changes: translate parts, tools and packaging handling and storage requirements into the logistics facilities needed.
• Manage the assigned budget for operations and projects.
• Build relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders, for example: Procurement, Suppliers, factory logistics etc.
• Define, drive and deliver optimization projects in this domain to drive cost down, material availability up and/or performance up.
• Act as a subject matter expert in your field.
