Job summary

ASML is seeking a Project Lead Logistics to drive complex supply chain transformations within its high-tech environment. You will lead cross-functional logistics improvements from initiation to handover and combine project leadership with engineering expertise to optimize warehouse performance and scale operations.

Responsibilities include leading projects, designing scalable processes, analyzing workflows, applying Lean, and supporting SAP EWM deployments and ASRS automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years as a Project Lead in logistics or warehouse environments.
• Proven logistics engineering experience designing and implementing warehouse processes.
• Project management certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PRINCE2) and can obtain VGB.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex logistics improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Design, implement, and standardize scalable logistics processes and warehouse systems.
• Analyze workflows to identify optimization opportunities and deliver measurable results.
• Apply Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement across logistics operations.
• Support SAP EWM deployment and warehouse automation including ASRS.
