Job summary

ASML Holding in the Netherlands is seeking an Operational Planner (Wave Planner) to optimize warehouse and logistics workflows, balance outbound workload and support production demands with precise load leveling.

You will monitor inbound/outbound flows, analyze peaks, adjust delivery timing, run weekly performance reports, and collaborate with Production Planning, 3PL and internal teams. A Bachelor’s or Master in operations/logistics and SAP/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or closely related field.
• Experience with logistics/supply chain processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and PowerPoint; able to create and present reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver load level, wave planning and planning support to optimize warehouse logistics.
• Monitor inbound/outbound flows and balance workload to meet production demands.
• Identify workload peaks and advise on capacity re-scheduling to level peaks.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects and communicate with stakeholders.
