Job summary

ASML in Eindhoven seeks a Senior Supply Chain/Logistics Manager to lead warehouse infrastructure projects, translate business needs into facility requirements and ensure cost-efficient operations. You will manage supplier performance and drive improvements across multiple 3PL partners.

The role focuses on budget planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement across procurement, factory logistics and operations, with travel up to 20% within the Eindhoven region.

Qualifications

• MSc or Bachelor in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics position.
• Experience with Project Management and 3PLs.
• Process standardization and LEAN.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the budget for the suppliers in the assigned responsibility.
• Manage the supplier on performance through periodical business reviews (weekly / monthly).
• Drive infrastructural changes to keep locations fit for purpose.
• Manage the assigned budget for operations and projects.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Procurement, Suppliers, factory logistics).
• Define and deliver optimization projects to improve cost, availability and performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert in logistics and warehousing.

Job description

To support our factory, ASML keeps parts, tools and packaging in Warehouses close to our factory and customers. These are outsourced to suppliers or Logistics Service Suppliers (3PL's).

The Replenishment Hub is tasked to make sure these warehouses and suppliers are ready to support our factory in the most efficient way, which means that all facilities are fit for purpose, there is enough space and sufficient manpower and that activities are performed in line with the agreed SLA's and budgets. Facilities in our warehouses include Clean Technology Infrastructure (such as clean rooms) to clean tooling, to make sure we supply our suppliers and factories with tools in the right quality.

Job mission

• Budget, cost control and cost saving initiatives
• Performance and performance improvement initiatives Ensure these are operated flawlessly by the supplier by auditing on adherence of the right procedures and systems by putting proper controls in place.
• The growing number of produced ASML machines requires us to setup new locations or expand or relocate existing locations. It will be your responsibility to translate the business requirements into warehouse requirements and manage the infrastructure projects successfully to completion.
• Time, money, and (internal) customer satisfaction will be your main drivers. You will need to collaborate with a multitude stakeholders within ASML to be able to run projects, operations and process changes.

Education
