Job summary

More Recruitment in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Lead to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations. You will coach and motivate the team with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate daily activities, manage inbound and outbound processes, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements. English is required; Dutch is a plus. This is a fulltime, 40-hour role with day shifts in a dynamic international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or in a similar position.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Energetic, proactive and results-driven.
• Willingness to take responsibility and address issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work together with another Team Lead to ensure the smooth running of the daily warehouse operation. You will lead, coach and motivate the team while keeping a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.

What is offered?

• A salary between €2,700 and €3,600 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience.
• A fulltime position of 40 hours per week.
• Day shifts: one week 07:00-16:00 and the following week 09:00-18:00.
