Job summary

Luba zoekt een ervaren teamleider voor de magazijnafdeling. Je geeft leiding aan ongeveer 20 medewerkers en zorgt dat dagelijkse logistieke taken vlot verlopen in twee ploegen. Je bewaakt veiligheid, efficiëntie en kwaliteit, en denkt actief mee aan procesverbeteringen.

Als leider houd je van aanpak, behoud je rust bij uitdagingen en motiveer je je team om hoge prestaties te leveren. Je werkt nauw samen met de Warehouse Supervisor en vult zorgen en dagelijkse activiteiten aan waar nodig.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO niveau 4 of gelijkwaardig.
• Aantoonbare leiderschapservaring, bij voorkeur in logistiek.
• Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en motivatie van medewerkers.
• Ervaring met werken in ploegen en met WMS/ERP-systemen.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van een team van circa 20 medewerkers en zorgen dat dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen.
• Zorgen voor veiligheid, efficiëntie en naleving van procedures.
• Verbeteren van processen en bewaken van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
• Overnemen van verantwoordelijkheden van de Warehouse Supervisor bij afwezigheid en ondersteunen van het team in dagelijkse activiteiten.

Are you an experienced team leader who knows how to motivate others? Lead a team of 20 warehouse employees and earn €3,565 gross per month!

Over de vacature:

As a warehouse team leader, you are responsible for ensuring that daily warehouse operations run smoothly. You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You maintain an overview, assign tasks, and ensure that your team works safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures.

You are a confident leader who knows how to handle challenging situations. When problems arise, you remain calm, make clear decisions, and take responsibility. You motivate your team, address issues when necessary, and create a positive and productive working environment.

In addition, you focus on improving warehouse processes, monitoring quality and safety standards, and identifying potential problems before they escalates. You work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and take over their responsibilities when they are absent. When needed, you also support your team with daily warehouse activities.

You will work in a two-shift schedule, alternating weekly between the morning shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to midnight.

Wat wij vragen:

• MBO level 4 working and thinking level, or an equivalent qualification
• Proven leadership experience, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or production environment
• Strong leadership skills, a confident personality, and the ability to handle challenging situations and motivate employees
• Experience working in shifts and using WMS or ERP systems
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
