More Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a global logistics leader in Moerdijk. You will lead a team of warehouse associates in a fast-paced operation, coordinating daily activities to meet KPIs and ensure smooth running.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, safety, and cross-functional collaboration, with clear opportunities for growth within a large, international logistics environment.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are at the heart of the daily warehouse operation. You will lead a team of warehouse associates in a dynamic environment where multiple customer operations come together. Thanks to your leadership and organizational skills, logistics processes and daily planning run smoothly.

This role is about more than just managing the day-to-day operation. You will have plenty of opportunities to improve processes, coach your team, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player with a hands‑on mentality.

• Salary: A competitive gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000 (based on full-time employment), depending on your knowledge and experience.
