Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking an experienced Teamlead for our logistics operations to oversee daily warehouse activities and drive KPI performance. You will lead a team across inbound, put away, replenishment, outbound, and SAP tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will manage people, plan workloads, coach staff, support recruitment, and implement improvements while coordinating with stakeholders at multiple levels. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• MBO-level 4 (or higher), preferably HBO or Bachelor's degree.
• 3-4 years in logistics with 2+ years in people management.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Coaching and collaborative personality.
• Leadership and team management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear communication with stakeholders across levels.
• Problem solving, reliable, flexible.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate and supervise daily tasks for warehouse staff.
• Monitor KPI and quality standards.
• Lead daily kick-off meetings with the team.
• Support absenteeism management and preventive actions.
• Act as substitute for the Supervisor when needed.
• Assist recruitment of temporary workers.
• Support development and performance management.
• Initiate process improvements and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure up-to-date Quality documents.
