Caesarstone Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily warehouse operations at the new DC. You will lead on the floor, allocate workloads, monitor progress, and support colleagues to meet safety, quality and service targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Warehouse Operative role.
• Experience handling large, heavy or fragile products.
• Experience with Over Head Gantry Crane operations.
• Experience working with multiple MHE equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S or continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to meet priorities, productivity and service targets.
• Allocate workloads and monitor progress across shifts.
• Escalate issues to the DC Manager and support issue resolution.
• Support communication between warehouse colleagues, drivers and other departments.
• Oversee safe receipt, storage, movement and preparation of stock.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing and loading of orders.
