Quality Data Analyst

The Quality Data Analyst plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of data within the ERP and related platforms. This position combines data analysis with operational coordinating, supporting Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) teams by managing, analyzing and optimizing data workflows to ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g. EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with the ISO13485 based Quality Management System, in accordance with Dentsply Sirona Policy, applicable worldwide regulations and standards (e.g. EU MDR, FDA and ISO).
2. Coordinate data entry change management related to global and local ERP release processes and changes to products, ensuring proper documentation and validation.
3. Support system improvements and QARA related data migration projects related to ERP processes.
4. Analyze quality and regulatory product release status data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
5. Generate and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs for QA/RA teams, supporting process monitoring and audits.
6. Act as the liaison between QA/RA and Supply Chain data management teams to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QARA data in the ERP system.
8. Train and support ERP users on best practices for managing QARA-related data.
9. Identify and implement process improvements for better data management and workflow efficiency.
10. Work with IT teams to troubleshoot data integrity issues and system inconsistencies.
11. Support data collection and coordination of QA/RA data related to support commercial & supply chain improvement projects.
12. Support internal and external audits.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s level education and/or work experience in data management, Life sciences, QA, Business administration or equivalent.
2. 3+ years’ experience in establishing and maintaining regulated Quality Management Systems.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal relationship.
4. Experience in project management and leading process improvement methodologies.
5. Expertise in ERP Data management (e.g. SAP S/4).
6. Demonstrated experience in driving progress, taking initiative to achieve results.
7. Have sound knowledge of data management principles, problem-solving techniques and operational excellence.
