Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, allocate and supervise daily tasks across all operational areas in our Limburg facility. You will monitor KPI’s, lead daily kick-off meetings, support absenteeism management and stand in for the supervisor when necessary.

You will need 3–4 years in logistics with 2+ years in people management, fluent English, and strong leadership, coaching and communication skills to guide a performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in logistics.
• 2+ years of people management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Coaching and collaborative mindset.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate and supervise daily tasks for warehouse staff across operations.
• Monitor and pre-determine KPI’s and quality standards.
• Lead daily kick-off meetings with your team.
• Support absenteeism management and preventive actions.
• Substitute for the Supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with recruitment of temporary workers.
• Support development and performance management.
• Initiate process improvements and resolve conflicts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work culture.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure quality documents are up-to-date.
