Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in the Netherlands is seeking a Facility/DG Employee for our Distriburion Center. You will welcome visitors, support onboarding, handle purchasing of consumables, and assist with safety, audits and DG compliance.

The role focuses on coordinating with QC, handling DG shipments (IATA, ADR, IMO), maintaining records, and contributing to upkeep of packaging processes. English required, Dutch a plus, MS Office skills, and IATA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• MBO-level (secondary vocational education) required.
• At least 1 year of logistics experience.
• Experience with dangerous goods.
• Valid IATA certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Dutch a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, GDP and audit processes.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and staff and ensuring safety compliance.
• Onboarding/offboarding of employees.
• Purchasing consumables for warehouse and office.
• Report damages and observations proactively.
• Support pest control, temperature and access control, audits.
• Maintain contact with QC for records.
• Check shipments containing dangerous goods (IATA, ADR, IMO).
• Record DG issues during inspection process.
• Complete checklists and be the main contact for warehouse/backline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related DG issues.
