Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Dordrecht, NL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily start-up meetings, master SOPs across departments, and ensure customer requirements are met with accuracy and speed.

You will coach associates, monitor utilization with WMS and labor metrics, and drive performance and quality while maintaining a safe, efficient operation onsite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years warehouse experience across departments.
• Ability to coach and direct associates.
• Experience monitoring/measuring work with WMS and labor management.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple groups while focusing on performance and quality metrics.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities.
