Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is opening a brand-new Distribution Center in Dordrecht and seeks motivated associates to join multiple departments. You will undergo training to learn all DC operations and have opportunities to grow into different roles within the organization.

Shifts run 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00 with some flexibility. Weekend work is possible with a special rate, and there are various benefits including holidays, travel reimbursements, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication (verbal and written).
• Dutch not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Handle inbound processes.
• Man-up, pull and put away goods.
• Process returns and rework.
• Support cycle counting and reporting.
• Maintain quality controls.
• Process outbound shipments.
• Use scan equipment for registration.

DC Associate – Job Position

Do you already have some working experience within the logistics area and are you looking for a new opportunity? This is your chance to start your career in our brand-new Distribution Center in Dordrecht.

We are looking for new joiners for various departments. First you will receive a training from our training department where you will learn all the ins and outs of our DC. We offer plenty of development opportunities, depending on your ambitions you can grow into a different kind of roles within the organization.

What You’ll Do

Good verbal and written English language skills. Dutch is not required.

You have a strong sense of ownership and keep your commitments

You are a motivated person who is excited to work in a logistics environment

Our shifts run from 06.00 – 15.00 and 15.00 – 00.00. You will change shifts every other week which makes it easier for you to make any personal plans throughout the year. Please note that there are also other options possible. This is up for discussion.

Working in the weekends during peak season. It goes without saying that these hours will be compensated at a special rate.

Please note that our facility is not reachable with the public transportation!

What do we offer?

• You will have an hourly salary 15.62 EUR per hour (this is including 12.5% shift allowance, when working in shifts).
• When you are working in shifts (06:00-15:00 & 15:00-00:00) you will receive a 12.5% shift allowance
• When working in weekends 25% allowance. You have the choice to add these hours to your vacation balance or get them paid.
