Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for our Dordrecht distribution center to drive efficient, safe operations in a semi-automated environment. You will lead a multicultural team and coordinate with other Team Leaders and a Supervisor to maintain strong order flow.

You will implement SOPs, coach associates, monitor performance with WMS and labor tools, and lead daily start-ups and handoffs to next shifts. The role offers growth in a global brand and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years warehouse and distribution experience.
• Experience in a (semi) automated warehouse preferred.
• Experience providing directions and coaching to associates.
• Experience in monitoring and measuring work through WMS and labor management tools.
• Strong team-building and multi-group oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start-up meetings to communicate goals and announcements.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Team Leaders and report to a Supervisor.

As a Team lead, you will execute goals by communicating clearly and effectively with leadership and DC associates to ensure constant order flow.

What you will do

• Lead daily start-up meetings with your team members to communicate daily goals and special announcements.
• Learn and master SOPs in various departments, making you an all-round Team Lead that can work and lead all warehouse processes.
• Manage customer requirements
• Conduct Associate observation and coaching to monitor safety, pace and methods
• At end of the shift, ensure the area is ready for the next shift

What you will bring to the table

• 4+ years warehouse and distribution experience, with proficiency in each department.
• Experience in a (semi) automated warehouse is preferable
• Experience providing directions and coaching to associates.
• Experience in monitoring and measuring work through WMS and labor management tools
