Job summary

Crocs Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead daily start up meetings, coach associates and ensure readiness for the next shift. You will drive adherence to SOPs across departments and monitor performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in warehousing, strong coaching skills, and proven ability to manage multiple groups while maintaining safety and quality. Experience with WMS and labor management is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years warehouse experience
• Experience coaching associates
• Experience monitoring/measuring work thru WMS/labor management

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements
• Learn and master SOPs in various departments
• Manage customer requirements
• Conduct Associate coaching and observations to monitor utilization, pace and methods
• At end of shift, ensure the area is ready for the next shift, and associates have returned all equipment to be charged or readied for next shift
