We are looking for a Team Lead for our Warehouse in Wijk bij Duurstede (The Netherlands)

Your function

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing an efficient and service-oriented logistics process in our warehouse. You will lead a motivated team of 10 colleagues and collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Services, and Quality Control. Acting as the central figure in our logistics operations, you will ensure timely order deliveries and continuously optimize internal processes.

Other relevant aspects of this role

• Leadership and Coaching: Daily management of 8 Warehouse Operators and 2 logistics administrative staff.
• Process Management: Organize and optimize internal logistics processes within the framework of the Supply Chain Plan.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accuracy, conduct root cause analyses, and manage inventory corrections.
• ERP System Oversight: Monitor logistics processes within our ERP system (Sales Manager).
• Collaboration and Improvement: Actively participate in warehouse projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions.
• Hands-On Approach: Support operations on the warehouse floor when needed during capacity challenges.
• Reporting: Conduct monthly evaluation meetings and report to the Supply Chain Manager.
