AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in the Netherlands to manage a team of 10 and supervise warehouse operations. You will improve processes, ensure timely deliveries, and collaborate with Sales, Services, and Quality Control to maintain top service levels.

The role requires a structured, detail-oriented approach and proven leadership in logistics, with hands-on support on the floor when needed.

Qualifications

Education: MBO 4+ or HBO-level education.
Experience: Proven experience in a logistics environment with demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10 colleagues and oversee warehouse operations.
Collaborate with Sales, Services and Quality Control.
Ensure timely order deliveries and optimize internal processes.
Organize and optimize internal logistics processes within the Supply Chain Plan.
Monitor logistics processes in the ERP system (Sales Manager).
Conduct monthly evaluation meetings and report to the Supply Chain Manager.
Provide hands-on support on the warehouse floor during capacity challenges.
