Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a Supervisor to lead our Consumer Products warehouse in Puttershoek. You’ll manage daily operations, drive KPIs, and guide a team of warehouse staff and team leaders in a modern, automated facility.

You’ll report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with Workforce to plan shifts, improve processes, and ensure smooth, data-driven operations across an international environment.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level, with logistics focus.
• At least 1 year as Supervisor or several years as Assistant Supervisor.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/WMS systems.
• Willing to work in shifts (including night periods).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse staff and team leaders.
• Ensure daily KPIs are met and report to Warehouse Manager.
• Plan staff together with Workforce and improve processes.
• Conduct daily meetings and drive improvements.
