Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations of the assigned department.
• Plan headcount, tasks and priorities to meet business goals.
• Manage blue-collar staff: scheduling, training and performance follow-up.
• Handle operational exceptions and coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor KPIs: efficiency, accuracy, on-time delivery and inventory.
• Ensure SOP compliance and drive continuous improvement.
