You will drive continuous improvement, coach your team, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role offers a competitive gross monthly salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Flexible and willing to work either day shifts or a 2-shift rotation.
• Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player with a hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Coach: Train, guide, and motivate your team to help them perform at their best.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and support projects focused on improving warehouse efficiency and workflows.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
