WeGrow is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a safe working environment. You will manage shifts, drive performance, and support a fast-growing team.

You will supervise staff, coordinate pick/pack/dispatch, and collaborate with planning and transport to align daily volumes. This role offers ownership from day one in a dynamic e-commerce logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (times vary).
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Own transport or locally based near Vianen.
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities
