Job summary

Dsv Air & Sea SAU is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and oversee logistics operations in Tholen, Netherlands. You will be responsible for guiding a small team, monitoring logistics processes, and driving improvements in warehouse operations.

Lead, inspire, and make logistics happen! Combine team leadership with hands‑on involvement in improvement projects that truly make an impact.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 employees, conduct performance reviews and support growth.
• Oversee the execution of logistics processes – receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns – according to daily and weekly schedules.
• Monitor planning, operations, goals and KPIs, analyze data, generate management information, and turn insights into continuous improvements.
• Represent the warehouse manager in their absence, maintaining close contact and acting as a reliable point of support.
• Participate in logistics improvement projects in collaboration with engineering, project management and IT.
• Guide each step of the process, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar supervisory role or as a team lead.
• Strong command of English.
• Knowledge of WMS, management information, KPIs and reporting.
