Job summary

Olympia zoekt een Warehouse Supervisor die tijdens jouw dienst de volledige operatie op de vloer aanstuurt. Je leidt Team Leaders en ruim 15–30 magazijnmedewerkers, coördineert inbound/opslaan/outbound, en bewaakt KPI's en kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt in Venlo bij een internationale logistieke organisatie en rapporteert aan de Warehouse Manager. Je werkt nauw samen met Customer Service om klanttevredenheid continu te verbeteren.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 4 diploma, bij voorkeur in Logistiek of Supply Chain.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en leidinggevende ervaring.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van Team Leaders en ongeveer 15–30 warehouse medewerkers.
• Coördineren inbound, opslag en outbound logistiek.
• Monitoren productiviteit, planning en operationele kwaliteit.
• Zorgdragen voor correcte administratieve verwerking in het WMS.
• Signaleren knelpunten en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen.
• Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheid, kwaliteit en procedures.
• Evalueren van prestaties en verzorgen van coaching.
• Nauw samenwerken met Customer Service en Warehouse Manager voor klanttevredenheid.

Manage the overall warehouse operation during your shift. You lead Team Leaders and warehouse employees, optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational and team performance. Wat ga je doen?

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join an international logistics organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily warehouse operation, ensuring your team works safely, efficiently, and delivers the highest quality standards.

What will you do? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 15 to 30 warehouse employees and temporary staff. You will be actively present on the warehouse floor and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating inbound, storage, and outbound logistics activities;
• Leading, coaching, and motivating warehouse employees;
• Monitoring productivity, planning, and operational quality;
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing within the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and driving process improvements;
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures;
• Conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, and absence management;
• Working closely with Customer Service and the Warehouse Manager to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Wie ben je?

You also have:

• An MBO Level 4 qualification, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain;
• At least 2 years of leadership experience within a logistics or production environment;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• Experience with warehouse operations and WMS systems;
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
