Warehouse Team Leader – Venlo

As the Warehouse Team Leader at DSV in Venlo, you will lead an international team within a largely automated warehouse environment, combining people management with logistical insight to ensure efficient processes, high performance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and allocating daily inbound and outbound activities.
• Leading, motivating, and coaching the team.
• Identifying and resolving operational disruptions.
• Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, quality, and lead times.
• Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within a logistics or warehouse environment (3PL experience a plus).
• Knowledge of logistics processes and affinity with automated systems.
• Strong English communication skills and a coaching leadership style.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to switch quickly.
• Willingness to work on a two‑shift schedule.
