Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a capable Coordinator for our Dordrecht warehouse. You will organize daily activities, set priorities and support a small team to ensure safe, accurate and efficient operations.

Working with a fellow Coordinator and reporting to the site manager, you will help improve housekeeping, productivity and respond to operational challenges on the floor. This role offers practical on‑the‑job training, exposure to different warehouse processes, and a path toward leadership

Qualifications

• Dutch language is mandatory with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience coordinating warehouse activities or leading a small team.
• Lean Warehousing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily warehouse activities with clear priorities.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks meet targets and quality standards.
• Support a team of about six employees and provide guidance on the floor.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and productivity in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the other Coordinator to ensure full day coverage.
