  • Take on a varied operational role combining daily coordination, problem-solving and functional leadership.
  • Work closely with a fellow Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and effective coverage throughout the working day.
  • Take ownership of daily priorities, warehouse organization, cleanliness and productivity.
  • Gain hands‑on experience across different warehouse processes, including picking and returns.
  • Contribute to Lean Warehousing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop your leadership skills and gain experience that could support future progression towards a Team Leader role.
  • Benefit from practical on‑the‑job training and support from experienced colleagues.
  • Work 38 hours per week across five days, with working hours coordinated between the two Coordinators.

  • Coordinate working hours and daily activities with the other Coordinator to ensure appropriate operational coverage.
  • Act as a key point of contact for warehouse employees, providing guidance and support with day‑to‑day operational questions.
  • Support warehouse activities where required, including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, returns and other operational tasks.
  • Adapt to changing operational requirements and provide support across different warehouse departments when needed.
