Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking two Coordinators at the Amsterdam site to oversee daily tasks and guide a team on the shop floor. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality operations while supporting Lean initiatives and process improvements.

The role focuses on supervising 8-10 warehouse staff, training them, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and familiarity with MS Office are expected in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Coordination or supervisory experience on a shop floor.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8-10 warehouse employees and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure accurate execution of work and help the team meet quality standards.
• Participate in Lean initiatives on the shop floor.
• Train employees and promote positive team dynamics.
• Identify and report process improvement opportunities.
• Support GXO’s focus on reducing environmental impact.
