Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Venray is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a warehouse department, drive improvements and coach a team of 20-60 colleagues. You will monitor KPIs, ensure safety and quality, and work with Engineering, HR and Operations Management to keep the operation moving on a day-to-day basis.

The role starts with hours from 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM, and offers a clear path for career growth within CEVA Academy and CEVAfit initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing a logistics or warehouse department.
• Coaching people and cross-department collaboration.
• Health and safety focused leadership demonstrated by example.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with LEAN tools 5S and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate your warehouse department.

• Achieve operational targets and monthly KPIs.
