Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad is seeking a Supervisor to lead and optimize one of our warehouse departments. You will drive daily operations, meet KPIs and mentor your team in a modern, highly automated warehouse setting.

The role involves two shifts (early and late) with an additional shift allowance, a permanent contract possibility, and a package including a company laptop and phone, travel allowance, and pension plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/WMS systems.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Willing to work in a two-shift operation, with night periods if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team.
• Ensure daily KPIs related to productivity, quality and planning are met.
• Coordinate with Workforce Planning and lead stand-up meetings.
• Identify and implement process improvements in a highly automated warehouse.
• Work in an international, data-driven environment.
