Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a modern, automated Venlo warehouse. You will oversee about 30 staff, coordinate with customer service and the control room, and generate management information to drive improvements.

The role requires experience in 3PL logistics, strong English skills, and knowledge of WMS, KPIs, and reporting. Shifts may vary from 6:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00, with a salary range of €2,900–€4,100.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within a 3PL logistics environment.
• Knowledge of WMS, management information, KPIs and reporting.
• Willingness to work in shifts (6:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00).
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 30 people across multiple departments.
• Monitor planning, operations, targets/KPIs and translate data into actions.
• Prepare reports / management information.
• Manage absenteeism and conduct performance/development conversations.
• Lead daily start-up and other meetings.
