We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations, assign tasks, train team members, and ensure smooth coordination across functions. You will proactively manage exceptions, resolve issues, and work closely with upstream and downstream teams to drive efficiency, improve service, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Actively participate in operations while assigning tasks and balancing workload across the team.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and skill development for team members.
• Monitor workflow, quickly identify process issues or bottlenecks, and take timely corrective actions.
• Escalate risks and communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align warehouse output with overall business goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• University degree preferred, preferably in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
