Job summary

Qualifications

• Aantoonbare ervaring in leidinggeven in logistieke omgevingen.
• Affiniteit met KPI-gedreven procesverbetering.
• Vloeiend Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling.

Responsibilities

• Coördineren inbound, opslag en outbound logistiek.
• Leiden, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers.
• Toezicht houden op productiviteit en operationele kwaliteit.
• Zorgen voor correcte administratie in het WMS.

What will you do?

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 15 to 30 warehouse employees and temporary staff. You will be actively present on the warehouse floor and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating inbound, storage, and outbound logistics activities;
• Leading, coaching, and motivating warehouse employees;
• Monitoring productivity, planning, and operational quality;
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing within the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and driving process improvements;
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures;
• Conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, and absence management;
• Working closely with Customer Service and the Warehouse Manager to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
